Who looks after your entire property portfolio, handling all correspondence with the tenant and liaising directly with the Body Corporate and Managing Agents on your behalf. They will also manage Body Corporate and insurance claims as and when required.

Your Portfolio Manager will prepare the monthly tenant account, invoicing the tenant for rent, utilities, and any other charges due. They will also collect the monthly rental and all additional amounts owed, ensuring payments are received on time and accurately recorded.

We take care of all financial administration on your behalf, including the payment of utilities, levies, and any other authorised expenses, as well as the transfer of rental funds to you. You will receive a monthly detailed statement giving you a clear breakdown of income, deductions, and payments made.

Monitor all rental payments, follow up on late or partial payments, and take the appropriate steps to recover outstanding amounts on your behalf. If a tenant defaults, they will initiate and manage the correct legal processes, ensuring full compliance with the lease agreement and relevant legislation.

Handle any issues with problematic tenants if they arise and will keep you informed throughout the process. They will also provide guidance and support on legal matters, including lease breaches and eviction procedures, should they become necessary.

Our Maintenance Department, led by dedicated Maintenance Co-ordinators, manages all tenant-reported maintenance requests and oversees the full administration of repairs, from instruction to completion, including contractor liaison and payment once repairs are completed. They oversee the entry and exit inspections, manage the snag list, and allocate the rental deposit toward any tenant-related damages where applicable.
