Harry explains that full rental management can include finding and screening a tenant, preparing the lease, conducting the entry inspection, managing the move-in process, collecting rent and dealing with day-to-day property matters throughout the tenancy.
For landlords, the aim is to remove much of the day-to-day administration involved in managing a rental property while keeping the owner informed when decisions or expenditure are required.
