  • The agent will visit the property to take photos
  • We advertise extensively for tenants on major property portals
  • The agent will view the property with prospective tenants
  • We do a full TPN/ITC check and other credit checks
  • Our applications department follow a stringent application process
  • The agent will draw up  & co-ordinate the signing of the lease
  • We will collect the deposit and first months rental
  • The agent will facilitate the key handover
  • The agent will do an entry inspection on move in
  • The agent will do an exit inspection when the tenant vacates

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  • Liaise directly with the Body Corporate & Managing Agents
  • Handle all correspondence with the tenant on the landlords behalf
  • Invoice tenants on a monthly basis for rental and utilities 
  • Send a detailed monthly rental statement to the landlord
  • Collect the monthly rental and utilities 
  • Chase and follow up late and part payments on behalf of the landlord
  • Deal with problematic tenants when necessary 
  • Feedback to the owner in the case of any issues 
  • Payment of utilities, levies and any other accounts
  • Assistance and advice with regards to Legal Processes & Evictions
