Please be aware that as of immediate effect in the interest of improving security the following registration procedures will be implemented. Jackal Creek Annexure A to be added to all Lease agreements.
All new tenants will be required to be submitted to a MIE security check before they will be granted access onto the jackal creek estate access system. Result will be sent as soon as received.
The cost for the MIE check is as follows:
For SA citizens one week in advance is required and the cost it is R150.00 payable upfront and if cleared they will pay a R100, 00 administrative fee for registration onto access system.
For NON Citizens the process takes up to three weeks and a MZR passport check is done at a cost of R 300, 00 per person. On clearance R100, 00 per person registration fee applies for loading onto access system.
NON citizens with Asylum paper and refugee documents on MIE check are at a cost of R 820.00 per person. On clearance received R100.00 per person registration fee applies for loading onto access system.
