Woza Weekend, Woza!!! #TGIF

With the festive season around the corner, we thought we’d start this weekend of with a bang!

Make your way to Gold Reef City for a stunning fireworks display at the Gauteng Diwali Festival!

Lights, Camera’s, dancers, singers, stalls, rides, Indian food, fun times and not forgetting a celebration of the festival of lights. Bring your friends and family as you bond under a sky of fireworks.

The Kasi Food And Drink Festival is returning for it’s fourth year running and will be better than before. The event is all about celebrating South African food, drinks, culture and heritage. What better way to learn about South Africa’s diverse culture than this? Bring friends and family to share in the festivities. There will be food stalls, a beer garden, a spirits and bubbly lounge and a kids play area. Plus there will be live entertainment throughout the day from local artists, so bring your dancing shoes!

The Publik Wine Fair is a tasting event created to introduce wine drinkers to some of South Africa’s best independent artisan producers. After the inaugural event in Cape Town earlier this year, Publik Wine Fair will be coming to Johannesburg. Over 100 wines made by the over 25 winemakers visiting the city for the tasting will be showcased.
