The Threepenny Opera at Wits Theatre welcomes you with open arms! The opera show examines familiar themes of colonialism and resistance, political thuggery and expediency, survival and betrayal. This biting satire explores the rise of capitalism, neatly wrapped up in Weill’s jazzy score.
