Each owner receives a fully reconciled individual statement. Students are charged for a full semester upfront which will be paid over to the owners in full after levies and fees are deducted.

They also pay a full month's rent as deposit which is kept in a trust account and can be used for repairs & maintenance issues that the student is responsible for, once they move out.

We already have a waiting list of students for 2012 therefore we will be able to select the best students for the units we manage.

The rental for 2012 will be R21, 000 per semester for a bachelor and R17,000 per semester per student. We do screening of the students' sponsors/parents and request a letter of good standing on each student from Monash University.
